Space School Africa promotes Space Science at school and junior college level in Africa. Students from across the Globe are welcome to participate. Activities include: - rocketry - robotics - satellite design - Astronomy - Space law - Space Medicine - Deep Space viewing and photography using remote access telescopes The 2010 Space camp [Africa Space Fest] takes place in Constantine, Algeria from October 4 to 9. Everybody is welcome to participate.

This group will develop an introductory series of space sciences lessons that incorporate hands-on, inquiry-based methods. The envisioned age range is for middle and early high school levels, though they should be appropriate for anyone with limited initial information about space.

The Student Success Collaborative (SCC) is a partnership, facilitated and funded by Cisco, that works to provide open educational resources for the success of students. Study Fresh aims to share ideas and programs that engage and support young people at risk of leaving school and encourage those who have left early to return. Using art and technology we teach mind mapping, pathway planning, goal mapping and soon virtual classes in Second Life and Internet Cafes.
